Shipping, Returns, Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship all International orders within four business days. Tracking numbers will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by www.GraceBasket.com/ or Grace Enterprises are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same. Express Shipping are delivered in 7 working days from day of pick up and standard free shipping orders in average 25 to 28 workings days.

All our domestic orders are shipped within 3 days and delivered within 7 days.

Depending on the availability of the products, few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.

Return Policy:

We know how crucial it is to have a satisfying shopping experience, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not pleased with the product, we offer returns within 10 days of purchase. The item should be in its original condition with tags attached for us to accept the return. We will process the refund, excluding the shipping cost once we receive the product. Please contact our customer service team for any return-related queries or assistance.

Refund Process:

We will credit the refund funds to your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the mode of payment and bank policies. If it takes longer than that, please email us at info@gracebasket.com and we will address it promptly.

Damaged goods:

Every purchase at Grace will be replaced subject to condition of arrival of goods / wrong item received when necessary proof is shared with team within 7 days of arrival of goods.
