Mysore pa is prepared by dissolving sugar in water, blending gram flour & skimmed milk powder with ghee and allowing thickening, the contents are then spread in tray for cooling which is then cut to 250 g  

MilkPeda is prepared thickening milk in pan, adding sugar at 50% condensed state and adding cardamom at the stage of removal and packed in 250g after pressing with mould

Dates khoa is prepared by thickening milk in a pan , blended dates , nuts and ghee are added at the stage of 50% condensation, stirred until a granular texture is obtained and packed in variants of 250,
