Ruta Graveolens: Small of back and loins pain. Pain and stiffness in wrists and hands. Pain in bones of feet and ankles. Helps for injuries to the ligaments, tendons and the periosteum or lining of the bones. 

Ledum Pal: Swollen, hot, pale joints, Ball of great to swollen, Ankles swollen. Soles painful.
